Transfer Out

This feature is to enable simple money transfer between trading accounts. The transfer can be done between 2 Tradesmarter accounts or between a Tradesmarter account and an external system.

Procedure:

• The CRM user will choose "Transfer Out" action
• Once the action is chosen, the transfer options will pop up.
• The Transfer options will be identical to the withdrawal option.
• The CRM user will then choose either External System or a specific internal lead.
• If an internal lead is chosen, then an automatic "transfer in" action will take place on his account for the exact amount.
• If an external system is chosen, then only a transfer out action will take place.
• The CRM user will fill in the relevant amount to transfer and will add a comment.

Transfer In

Procedure:

Transfer in action will be used to transfer funds from external systems ONLY.

Affected reports : 
1. Revenue report
2. Campaign performance
3. User's revenue report
4. Transaction report

This feature is available on the following user groups : 
1. Partner - Full access
2. Partners
3. Partners AON
4. Managers
5. Conversion manager
6. Retention manager
7. Support manager

If you are doing a Transfer Out and then a Transfer In of the same amount, this amount will not be count in the PNL.
