Discando "Callto" diretamente do relatório de leads
This option work only with integrated Skype in Windows 10
We do support initiation of calls to any soft phone / phone provider and it should be set up through your chosen software.
You will need to use the "callto" action when initiating calls from the leads report.
Each agent's computer already has default software that opens "callto" which is usually set as Skype.
In order to change the default program every agent needs to change the settings on his computer from Skype (uncheck the callto box) to the softphone on his computer (in the example we use Zoiper)
