Overview - 

This new feature allows our white labels to connect internal or 3rd party prioritization tools (Predictive Lead Scoring) for better optimization of agents’ resources.


Flow - 

  1. Client register.

  2. System fire a pre-set pixel.

  3. Brand (or authorized 3rd party) pull client data via API and analyze it to create profile and generate lead score.

  4. Send API call to our systems to add lead score to user details. (admin-api.tradesmarter.com/crm/rest/set-lead-score?id=213310&leadScore=775) 

  5. The lead score is available in the following reports:

    1. @ Users' Window → Info → Basic Info 

    2. @ Users → CRM → All Leads

    3. @ Users → CRM → FX/CFD All Leads 

    4. @ Users → CRM → MT4/5 All Leads

    5. @ Users → CRM → My Leads 

    6. @ Users → CRM → FX/CFD My Leads 

    7. @Users → CRM → MT4/5 My Leads

    8. @ Reports → Users → Options Revenues

    9. @ Reports → Users → FX/CFD Revenues

    10. @ Reports → Users → MT4/5 Revenues

  6. The new columns are filterable, sortable and exportable
