Very important : Creating back office users and Permissions is a very sensitive part of the back office because, it allows users access to information that is vital to your business through the back office. We recommend that the person in charge of creating new users and permissions will be the IT manager or someone technical at management level
There are two ways to create a new back office user. You can create a unique new user or, copy a specific user in order to create a new one, with identical permissions.
We will first create a unique user. To do this you will need to click on Tools and add user.
Now enter the user name. This is the name the user will be known as on the back office system.
Now enter a basic group.
Each of these groups has specific permissions that have been set as a default option, to the role of the back office user.
You should only use one of the following groups :
Retention-manager
conversion manager
Retention-sales
Conversion-sales
Support manager
Support basic
Partner-full access
Affiliate-basic (For affiliate use only)

Once you have created the back office user, you will be able to add or remove specific permissions according to the needs of the user’s role.
Full name is the user’s real name. This name will not be displayed in the Back Office.
The IP must be completed. This is the IP where the user will be allowed to access the back office from. You can have more than 1 IP address by inserting a comma between the IP’s and you can have no IP Restriction by using a * as the IP Value.
Description is a free text area and now you can create the user by clicking “Submit”
Once you have created the back office user you will receive the users details, login and password, in an information window. It is important to note this information in order to send it to the back office user as it will not be readily visible when the information window is closed.
In order to create a back office user by copying another, you will need to access the users list and select the user you would like to copy by right clicking and choosing “copy User”. Now you can enter the back office user name in the name field and the users real name in the Full name field and click submit.
Once you have created the back office user you will receive the users details, login and password, in an information window. It is again important to note this information in order to send it to the back office user as it will not be readily visible when the information window is closed.
The password can be changed but, we recommend maintaining the password structure to avoid security breaches.
Important : Once the user has been created you should immediately set the filters in the Filter By Tab of the user profile. Please refer to the tutorial on Permissions management to learn how to do this. When copying to create new users you may also copy their filter settings.
Important : Back office users can be blocked and unblocked directly from the users list by right clicking on the selected user line. to learn how to do this.
