Lead Management - Assigning Leads
In this Tutorial we will learn how to use the All Leads Report. The sales manager can perform many of the important daily tasks needed to effectively and efficiently organize users directly from the back office All Leads Report.
It is important to note that the all leads report contains the complete database of your leads, registrations and clients.
Leads are API users or users that have been uploaded as bulk leads.
Registrations are users that have registered through the platform but have not deposited.
Clients are leads or registrations that have deposited.
Access to this report should be restricted to management level and the sales team should use the “My Leads” report which is a very limited and basic report.
Once a user has registered or leads have been uploaded they will appear on the all leads report. Even users that have not confirmed their email address will appear on this report.
Each user is presented as a row on the report and the users CRM tab can be accessed by clicking on the user ID and opening his profile.
The all leads report is an advanced report to which you can apply multiple filters in order to assign leads to specific account managers, for example, you can show registrations from a specific date and use the filter panel to select specific columns and apply filters to those columns in order to display users that are most relevant to your search.
Now we will take a closer look the All leads report which can be accessed through the Users Module by selecting All Leads from the list. You can easily enlarge the report by double clicking anywhere in the blue space at the top of the report.
You can customize the report columns by clicking and dragging them to a position on the report. You can put them in an order that allows you to filter the report with the most relevant information such as Country, the stage, the date the lead should be contacted on, who the lead is assigned to or the lead owner, or locale (locale represents the language the user selected)
Through filtering the report you can assign Leads and new registrations to sales, and existing clients for retention.
We will now explain some of the functions of the columns on the report. Starting on the left hand side you will find the country column which can be sorted by country in order to see leads from that specific country.
In the user ID column you can type a specific user ID in the free text space and search for it.
