3rd Party affiliate systems that we have integration with can provide affiliate tokens that will be recognized by the back office. Users can be created with the 3rd party token as a restriction to allow them only to see the clients from that token (using token rules can be viewed in the creating and managing users article). 

You are also able to search for these affiliate tokens in the all leads report.
