Margin Call

Maring Call

To prevent excessive losses and protect the broker's interests, brokers can set notification for margin level. If the level of users' margin wallet falls below the setting, they'll receive a margin call, requiring to add more l or close the position to avoid liquidation.

Margin call notifications for users 

Brand can request to send multiple notifications for user regarding Margin
As default we have 3 Notifications sent to user as Margin call

• 200%

• 150%

• 80%

For each brand need to add a new email template under name margin-call-en.html

Stop out

As default stop out setup as 20% margin level (on 20% margin level, Automatically the most loosing trade will be closed). Brand can request to change it.

Margin call report 

Each user that received margin call notification will be shown in the following report
Reports → Balance-> FX/CFD Margin call 

If status resolved Yes meaning user no longer under margin call ( above 200% margin level)

Brand Notification

Broker can receive notification by mail when users getting margin call
Notification can be created in tools → Notification system → Notifications
