Testers

The "Testers" users were created to allow the brand to have trading accounts that do not count towards the financial stats of the brand.

These users are still visible in the reports (for example - All Leads) but are filtered and grayed out by default to be hidden.

These are not practice/demo accounts!

The usage of these accounts is internally only and these users can't be given to real traders.

- Agents who want to create videos of the platform

- Training of new staff

- Affiliates/IB's who want to show trading capabilities or train with their clients

Fake users, cancelled users, mistaken accounts and registration tests should not be considered testers. if the account do not have any financial transactions (Deposit, transfer in, refund, bonus) - there is no reason to make him a tester.

How to request to change a user to "Tester":

1. Tag the user with "tester" tag.

2. Change the user email address to a tester email (@brand.com , @tester.com, @demo.com, @fake.com)

3. If the user has any transactions, make sure they are showing clear notes of "demo/tester/fake deposit".

4. Every morning we are going over all tagged users and changing them to Tester mode.

*If you have an urgent request to change a user to tester, just open a ticket with the urgent request.

Very Important - This feature is NOT your solution to remove real users from your financial stats. 

We will enquire for any "Tester" request that will not look like a pure tester case.
