Please note that this report show the P&L status per instrument.
 
Every line indicates the Hourly / Daily / Weekly / Monthly P&L per instrument
 
The time-stamp is related to the moment that the report was created / refreshed and takes 1 hour / 1 Day / 1 week / 1 month before that time. 
 
For example: If you refresh the report on 22/11/2016 at 16:21:00 GMT time then the P&L value of the 1 hour will be the Summary of all the P&L for the trades that were closed between 15:21:00 - 16:21:00 22/11/2016
