Partners ( Affiliates) Terminology

Affiliate link - The affiliate program provides each partner with a unique affiliate link, with the affiliate token at the end.


Balance - Reflects the amount of commission earned, but does not differentiate between payable and non-payable commission.


Clicks - A click refers to the amount of times the marketing tool has been clicked.


CPA - Cost Per Acquisition. The CPA commission plan is based on the first time deposit. CPA commission becomes payable once the user trades the volume of the first time deposit.


FTD - first time deposit.


Impressions - Impression refers to the amount of times the marketing tool is viewed.


Inactive - Refers to the status of the marketing tool. If the tool is inactive, it will not be shown in the affiliate program. If the tool is not inactive, it is active in the affiliate program.


Indirect - An indirect commission is commission that is earned through a sub- affiliate.


Master - A master affiliate refers sub-affiliates to the affiliate program.


Nickname - The username designated to each affiliate account. This can be edited in the affiliate account details.


Parent - The term for master affiliate in the admin. Parent refers to the master affiliate that referred the affiliate to the affiliate program.


Partner - An affiliate that is registered with the affiliate program.


Payable balance - The payable commission earned by the affiliate. Commission becomes payable once the client

trades a volume of the first deposit amount.


Plan - Refers to the commission plan assigned to each affiliate (Revenue Share or CPA). The plan can be changed in the affiliate account details.


Registrations - A registration represents the amount of users registered through an affiliate link or marketing tool.


Revenue share - Revenue share is a commission plan that is based on the revenue earned from the user. Revenue sharing allows the opportunity for affiliates to have lifetime earnings for each user as they continue to trade.


Serial - A feature in the affiliate program that allows the partner to separate campaigns.

Status - Refers to the status of the affiliate account. For example: Active, pending, declined, blocked.


Target - The designated landing page for a marketing tool.


Timestamp - The date and time that a commission was generated.


Token -The unique code designated to each affiliate. The token is shown at the end of the affiliate link and appears in the "affiliate" section in all leads.


Top - Top refers to whether the marketing tool will appear at the top of the marketing tools in the affiliate program or not. This only applies to the default marketing tools that are shown before using any language, type or size filters.


Type - The file type for each marketing tool. For example: Flash, image, mailer and video.


Raw Signup - All registered users

Real Signup -All registered users that confirm their email

Raw Clients - Users that made a deposit

Real Clients - Users that made a deposit and qualify for commission (CPA - FTD volume is met)

Raw Deposit - All deposits

Real Deposits - Deposits from the qualified users

Raw First Deposit - All first deposits

Real First deposit - All first deposits that qualify

Raw Retained Deposit - All non-first deposits

Real Retained deposit - All non-first deposits that qualify

Withdrawls - Amount of volume processed for users

PNL - Sum of all charges - sum of all gains and rebates

Net Profit - Charges + credits - gains - rebates - bonuses

ROI - Net profit minus commissions
