The List of New Features Recently Added To The Admin / Back Office



Assigning Trades - We have added the ability to to assign more than one trade at the same time. In order to select multiple trades you can either hold in the Ctrl + click to choose random trades or you can hold the Shift + click to choose a list of trades. 


 




Trade Reports -  We have added first name and last name columns to the below reports :
-  All Trades
-  Open Positions
-  Followed Trades
-  History
-  Cancelled Trades
-  Strategix


 




Knowledge Base and Ticket System Tabs



    
Using the knowledge Base Icon you can access various articles, videos and training materials. 



  In order to simplify the use of the ticket system, we have added an icon which allows you and your manager to open a support ticket directly from the back office admin screen. Please note that this tab is permission based. 




 




Change Language From the Back Office

You now have the ability to change the user's language directly from the back office. You can access this feature through "info" and then "basic info". You simply click edit and then choose the language from the drop-down menu. 


Please Note : When changing the language from the CRM it will have no effect on the subgroup. If you would also like to update the subgroup when you change the language of the client you will need to change the subgroup manually. 






The all leads and my leads report now have two additional columns. Pending bonuses and Tradeable bonuses. The columns can be filtered by monetary increments and allow you to quickly view users with specific bonuses directly from the report.



You can also use the side panel as seen in the image below to set the bonus amount as a parameter when searching for specific users..



 




The New Admin Tab Structure has been set for ease of use. We have categorized and grouped all of the tabs into primary and sub tabs which gives you a user friendly Admin panel. Please see the list of current primary tabs and their sub tabs below.

The Online Advanced Report now has a column with the assigned to person. With this feature you can filter the clients that are on line per agent and allows you to efficiently communicate with clients that are currently online and in turn drive your deposits.



The users Date of Birth now appears in the My Leads report and can be used to search or filter users with this option. 




You can now filter Tags in the My Leads report
