Mobile Setup

Implementation of the mobile design is done once the trading platform has been launched.

If you opted for the full package, Tradesmarter will deliver:

1.    Mobile web-based

2.    Android application

3.    IOS application

Mobile web-based

How does it work:

The Mobile web-based is a version of the trading platform design to fit mobile devices browsers (Chrome, Firefox..etc). When the user accesses the trading platform domain, he will automatically be redirected to the mobile version.

Its design is similar to that of applications.

It can be accessed from the sub-domain m.yourdomain.com (example : m.tradesmarter.com)

Setup:

Here is a list of requirements:

1.    Design approved by Partner

2.    URL set up (m.yourdomain.com) (Tradesmarter)

3.    SSL purchased and installed (Tradesmarter)

Android application 

How does it work:

The Android application is built and uploaded by Tradesmarter to allow traders to enjoy a better trading experience on Android mobile devices. Users can download the app for free from the Play Store.

Setup:

Here is a list of requirements:

1.    Design approved by Partner (including 512x512 icons)

2.    Screenshots of the app (to upload to the Play Store)

3.    App description (the description that is displayed in the Play Store)

IOS application

How does it work:

The same as the Android app but dedicated to Apple devices. Users can download the app for free from the App Store. 

Setup: 

The Partner will have to open an Apple Itunes developer’s account. (https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/)

The account will have to be opened using the brand’s name (a company account is required and an existing account such as a private account cannot be used for this purpose).

Typically Apple requires the Partner to send documentation such as:

1.    Company registration certificates (legal entity name and D-U-N-S® Number)

2.    ID

3.    A fee of $99/year

This step is essential and Tradesmarter cannot start building the app until the Partner’s account has passed Apple’s compliance, which is usually a time-consuming process. We advise to take care of it as soon as possible

Once the account is approved, please let your Account Manager know and send your login credentials.

Tradesmarter will register itself on your account as an external developer and upload the application.

The application will then go through Apple’s validation process before it is published in the App Store.
