Features of the affiliate program
Balance
The balance shows affiliates the total amount of commission earned and reflects the balance calculated in the back office. The balance includes all commissions (payable and not yet payable).
Balance refers to the total commission earned, while payable balance refers to commissions that have met certain requirements. For revenue share plans these balances will always be the same.
For CPA plans payable balance refers to commission in which the client has traded a volume greater than the first time deposit. For example, if an affiliate is on a $200 CPA and brings a user with a $500 deposit, this commission will be payable commission once the user trades a volume of at least $501.
In the dashboard of the affiliate program, affiliates are shown current balance, carried forward losses and estimated balance.
Balance – Current balance of commissions earned.
Carried forward losses – Balance for commissions of negative values that have been carried from past months (relevant for revenue share affiliates).
Estimated commission – The commission earned for revenue share affiliates estimated on a daily basis until the calculation on the first of every month (relevant for revenue share affiliates).
*Affiliates are only to be paid according to the payable balance
*Once the affiliate is paid the balance is cleared in the admin and the affiliate will see the balance back at $0.

My Dashboard

Â
Â
The "My Dashboard" section of the affiliate program allows the affiliate to view general statistics (impressions, clicks, registrations, FTDs, commissions and estimate commissions – raw and unique data). Statistics can be filtered by month, marketing tool and serial. This allows affiliates to see which marketing tool and campaign works best and generates the most clicks -> registrations -> FTDS.
- Affiliate Link – The dashboard provides the affiliate with an affiliate link (which contains a unique affiliate token at the end of the URL).
- Impressions – The total number of views generated
- Clicks – The total number of clicks generated
- Registrations – The total number of users who registered on the platform through the affiliate link or tool.
- FTD – FTD is the first time deposit made by a user. Therefore, when an affiliate brings a registration and the user deposits, this is considered an FTD.
Â
Marketing Tools
The "Marketing Tools" section of the affiliate program provides the affiliate with a view and code for all of the creatives available. Other features here include the serial option and master affiliate checkbox.
Â
- Serial – Allows the affiliate to create a specific label for a campaign, which once added will be included in the html code for the marketing tools and the affiliate link. The affiliate will also be able to access the statistics for a specific serial by using the filter in the dashboard. For example, if you are creating two campaigns – bonus offer and educational offer – you can create a serial "bonus" and "education" and are able to compare the statistics for each serial in the dashboard.
- Master Affiliate – The master affiliate checkbox is to be used for affiliates who will be marketing the affiliate program and bringing "sub-affiliates." By checking this checkbox, the system will regenerate a master affiliate link, leading those who click the link to the affiliate program homepage. This provides affiliates with the opportunity to earn commission from sub-affiliates.
Creating Marketing Tools
Â
*All flash banners created for the affiliate platform should include a clickTAG. You need to insert a transparent button into the top-most layer of your Flash banner. Then you assign the button an action with some special ActionScript code that is designed to accept a click-tracking redirect URL as a parameter. Your button then uses that redirect URL as its link rather than having a direct link embedded inside the code.
For further direction on how to add a clickTAG to your banners, please visit the following link: http://www.flashclicktag.com/.
Affiliates can easily find a specific creative by using the three steps to filter.
1.     Language – The language filter offers the choice of language based on the marketing tools uploaded in the admin. The affiliate will only see a list of languages that the program offers.
2.     Creative – banners, images, mailers, videos etc.
3.     Size – Affiliates can filter to a specific size to find creatives in the exact size
Â
*Each html code for the marketing tools contains the affiliate's unique affiliate token and the assigned landing page for this creative, no manipulation to these codes should/needs to be done.
Â
*If you wish to have marketing tools lead to a landing page separate from the trading platform, you will need to add the scripts below to the landing page. These scripts will save the affiliate token in a cookie. The user is then redirected to the trading platform which will look for this cookie in order to associate the user with the affiliate token.

Reports Module
Monitoring partners' reports is one of the most important functions in the back office system. The explanations below will help you gain a better understanding of how to analyze partner performance.
Payments
This report provides the details of past payments to affiliates (made in admin by clearing the balance). This feature can be used to confirm the date and amount the affiliate was last paid. You can filter by affiliate email and date to find a specific payment.
Commissions
This report shows all commissions for all affiliates as they are generated by the admin.
Estimated Commissions
The report provides all estimated commissions earned per user for each affiliate on a revenue share plan. Each revenue share affiliate is shown an estimated commission balance in their account when logged into the affiliate program. This is shown in order to give affiliates a general idea of their commission earned before the back office calculates the commission on the first of the month.
Marketing Tools
This report provides the statistics for all the marketing tools in the affiliate program, including clicks, impressions, click through rate, register through rate, registrations and clients.
Stats
The stats report allows the ability to view all accumulated statistics for all affiliates. This report can be viewed by a selected date range in summary, daily or monthly stats.
Performance
This report provides an in-depth view of all stats relating to an affiliate. This report is very similar to the detailed performance report; however it does not have the functionality to filter by serial.
Detailed Performance
This is the most detailed report for partners' performance and gives a macro perspective of all stats relating to an affiliate. The report provides all partner stats including clicks, registrations, deposits (conversion and retention), withdrawal, P&L, net profit, average client value, ROI and more. This report displays some of the data as "raw" or "real."
The difference between raw and real data is that real refers to those registrations or clients that have confirmed registration through the automatic email sent after registering an account.

Master Performance
This report provides a macro perspective of all stats relating to a master affiliate. The report provides all master affiliate stats including clicks, registrations, deposits (conversion and retention), withdrawal, P&L, net profit, avg. client value, ROI and more.
This report displays some of the data as "raw" or "real." The difference between raw and real data is that real refers to those registrations or clients that have confirmed registration through the automatic email sent after registering an account.
